The conference will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in South Padre Island Texas in October. Thursday, October 11 – Tour, Sunset Dinner Cruise
Friday,October 12, - Sessions all day and banquet in the evening; Saturday, Sessions all day, Closing general session
Sunday – Presidents meeting
I urge you to make your reservations at the hotel today. We went to take care of some business today and were told that there are only 12 rooms left at this special rate. Then the rates go up to $115 and $200. A lot of the hotels on South Padre Island are already booked.
